Its single-component, water-addition formula ensures easy application while delivering exceptional adhesion, non-sag performance, and strong bonding to various substrates. Exceeding ANSI A118.4 ET requirements and complying with EN 12004/ISO 13007 C2TES1 and IS 15477 Type 3 standards, HYDAFIX ST 118 is ideal for demanding residential and commercial installations, including wet areas such as pools, saunas, and washrooms. It also supports tile-on-tile applications and large-format stone installations with bed thicknesses up to 15 mm.

What is REGULAR 501 used for?

REGULAR 501 is a polymer-based tile adhesive designed for installing small natural stones, ceramic tiles, precast terrazzo, and terracotta in dry indoor flooring applications.

 

It can be applied on brickwork, AAC blocks, concrete surfaces, cement-based screeds/beds, and cement-plastered substrates.

It is ideal for dry internal flooring, terraces, balconies, podium decks, and residential applications.

The adhesive requires only mixing with water on-site and has a self-curing formula that reduces labour and simplifies application.

Yes. It exceeds IS 15477:2019 Type 1T, EN 12004 C1T, and ANSI A118.1 T standards, offering high shear and tensile strength.

For a 20 kg bag, use 5.5–6.5 litres of clean water and mix using a low-speed drill to achieve a smooth paste.

Grouting must be done after 24 hours, ensuring proper curing and bonding.

Approximately 5–6 m² at 3 mm thickness using a 6×6 mm notched trowel. Coverage varies based on surface and technique.

 

Store the Bag in a cool, dry place (10°C–30°C), away from sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures. Keep it sealed until use. Shelf life is 12 months.

 

Wear gloves and eye protection. In case of skin contact, wash with water; for eye exposure, rinse for 15 minutes and seek medical attention. Keep away from children.
